For the purpose of supporting SiC Power Device Industry, Makino formed the new development scheme with Takahashi-Michihata Laboratory, Department of Precision Engineering, "The University of Tokyo", Ohtani Laboratory, Material Science /Electrical and Electric Engineering, School of Engineering, "Kwansei Gakuin University" and TPEC (Tsukuba Power Electronics Constellations).
